So the EPA wants to keep poisoning children? Why are people still paying taxes to have a government that only works for corporations. The government too is a corporation. And everybody listens to them and obeys their directives. Except the few who are doing a stellar job. If only more and more people offloaded the government and we start transacting with each other and bring business more to our local area. I am so fed up with this issue. Who the hell wants to drink fluoride? By what logic would anyone go by for contaminating our water? There is no rhyme or reason for it.

It APPEARS their justification for continuing to endorse at the “Federal” level, even in the face of the September 2024 ruling against the continuation of the introduction of hazardous industrial waste products from fertilizers and other related toxic chemicals (and specifically “fluoride”) at levels exceeding 0.7 mg/L due to the unreasonable risk it imposes for systemic IQ reduction (emphasis on children, but extrapolated, ALL humans!), is they are sticking to a proven falsehood that the “benefits” of “fluoridation” for dental “health”, especially when ingested versus applied externally to tooth surfaces (despite IQ reduction and other toxic effects) & when delivered through water to every representative sphere of the population (“equity”), they do not wish to “risk reputational harm” from changing their course in the face of evidence & court findings critical of their 1950 forward practices, & they wish to continue to defend the infrastructure of purchasing waste products form users of other toxic substances that are harmful to the soil, plant life & environment for crop growth that deplete the soil and work against the entire sustainability practices associated with regenerative farming (even when mature farms so designed can produce significant crops without creating dead soil that has to be constantly amended & chemically treated to produce nutrient-deficient, glyphosate-ridden product)…EVEN THOUGH THEY previously reduced the level (when we can assume it is possible to unilaterally and “equitably” do so!) down to the present level from 1.5 mg/L in 2015, following prior concerns being raised.
Their excuse for delay is to continue (officially) “reviewing” the decision versus complying with the order from the court, since the order and nature of the process does not have a binding timeline affixed to its implementation. AND they may appeal it to delay even further and to obfuscate their clear responsibility under LAW for responding affirmatively to the order. They further assert that their position is not one of “mandating” but some 63% or more of citizens relying on public water systems were receiving fluoridated water as a result of localized “governmental” adherence to their “recommendations.” Surely, there are no “teeth” at the Federal Level for those choosing non-compliance! (:0) Ah, but admitting that a long-endorsed and implemented policy and the resulting harms caused by it would open them to lawsuits & (legitimate) grievances being pursued legally from victims – and surely that outweighs a few decrements in IQ points in children (who are already inundated with neurodevelopmental harmful or even lethal poisons from other sources, including “haccines”) , whom long years and 60 million aborted pre-born children evidence we as a nation have no real desire to protect or safeguard – even in their mother’s womb.
As far as we know a few cities have, in anticipation of Federal Level action, paused or halted temporarily the practice of fluoridating water. It seems the revenues generated by the sale of the toxic waste via the phosphate industry to municipalities and other public agencies, should they be reduced or discontinued, would be a hardship to those who would then have to find alternative means to dump their hazardous waste products (or stop using the products producing them – what a concept!). That’s counterproductive to big business – which is already a bedfellow of the Federal “government” as we inch toward totalitarian fascism and the will & good of the people falls further down the list of priorities to other more lucrative interests.
Should we reasonably expect that a flawed and rapidly degrading “governmental agency”, one of far too many in existence, as well as sister “agencies” (the HHS, EPA & CDC, in light of The Toxic Substances Control Act, specifically), should have to act in the best interests of the public rather than in favor of preserving a reputation (which on this issue alone, somewhere north of 30% of the population already suspects are causing harm through this practice) & causing inconvenient and questionable interruptions in the flow of revenue for the sale of industrial waste?
Their delay evidences clearly enough that people are not a priority and we are once again, an annoyance to their intentional systematic degradation of human life – especially when we are simply part of the masses who have served
I so appreciate that this is a “cause” worth fighting for, and your considerable investment of time and energy into staying in the battle – just seems as though they are using our expended energy to distract us from their ongoing agenda, to sidetrack and keep us otherwise busied as they impose more and more of the death sentence that as a death cult typifies them, and to further enslave those deemed worthwhile to possess for a bit longer, as long as they’re drugged, apathetic and non-resistant to their own demise.
