The victim statements are available online and are very credible. The victims are 3 of Hamblin's daughters and I didny see any where that they were based on recovered memories, victims in these cases would need to wait until they're old enough to be out of the home on their own. What those girls went through was beyond horrifying. Are they or any other victims able to file civil suits?
I think it’s not likely that multiple victims who didn’t know each other could come up with such similar details. Apparently he was a serial offender. There are multiple victims who came forward. If the prosecution screwed this up this badly he should be disbarred. This is why people seek vigilante justice.
Judges and the legal system is based on legalese, a bullshit language is designed to protect the predator class.

So, Utah jurisprudence is that "satanic ritual abuse" doesn't exist, so if it's even mentioned in the investigation that's like an automatic mistrial?
