As the Overton Window continues to move away from Freedom, we are entering a world where certain speech has gone from being disapproved of, to censored to criminalized. How far will this go?
Hi - I'm watching the Nov 28 show. There are a few fact check type details it might be good to mention w/ regard to the Louisiana case.
1. He was arrested in March 2020.
2. His post may have been a joke, but it was pretty dang provocative during a time when 95% of folks were completely freaking out. I'm 100% an advocate of free speech, but I also think there's room for people to use better judgement in terms of what they post where and when.
