Wasn't the Pfizer original trial usi g uridine but it was too expensive? Did not a substitution call into anybody's question the need for full new trials? Damn to hell the FDA. They need a big day of reckoning. All those involved in the switcheroo need to be fired, especially those in the senior executive service.
